Staff Well Being Check In
- Consider how you will check in with staff. Some companies are using daily ‘standup meeting’ check-ins to keep communication channels open. For others, this is too frequent and are opting for weekly checkins.
- Use a standard set of questions and create a safe space for everyone to contribute. Be aware of creating a safe environment for people to be honest, and privacy for staff who are struggling.
- Keep it short and follow up on any concerns or questions after the meeting.
